The successful creative and graphic arts design Vendor will work with the Massachusetts Office of International Trade and Investment (“MOITI”) - the Commonwealth’s primary international business development agency charged with promoting trade and investment with global partners in Massachusetts and around the world - to manage and execute the creative and graphic arts design for the tradeshow. This includes: Proposing several options for the look and feel of the tradeshow booth Understanding that the purpose of the booth is recruitment – attracting medical device companies and their suppliers to Massachusetts The booth will measure: 48sq meters; 6m x 8m; 3-open sides Conference locations often provide the shell for the booth with specifications, but the MOITI would indicate that prior to the design phase Potentially discussing options with conference decision makers to recommend alternative exhibit styles / base for the graphics Creating 4-5 different design options, with the understanding that there will be several minor iterations, and feedback from multiple partners, before finalizing
