The City of Chicago (“City”), acting through Chicago Public Library (“CPL”), seeks a qualified communications consulting organization to support CPL in coordinating and executing its branding strategy. Specifically, the City seeks an organization that will focus on enhancing CPL’s brand visibility, positioning CPL as a thought leader locally and nationally, building strong and compelling stories that change the perception of what a library can be for people and communities, managing the library’s reputation, and assisting with any crisis communication needs and other communications as determined by the Director of Marketing and Communications. The organization will also have the ability to provide print and design support when necessary.
