A) Preventive maintenance shall be performed on generator engines powered by gasoline, propane, electricity, diesel or any combination of those types of power, all associated sensors, senders, relays, P.C. boards, timers, and all other devices which comprise the appropriate integrated emergency power system. B) Preventive maintenance shall be completed annually as specified and shall meet, exceed, and/or include any of the manufacturers’ requirements not listed. C) NBC personnel will perform the preventive maintenance lubrication tasks on all generators. Vendor to perform preventative maintenance tasks only at the request of NBC. D) Emergency Call-out: Vendor shall verbally respond to requests for emergency service to any generating unit within one (1) hour and be on site to perform repairs within four (4) hours after being contacted. The NBC Representative will notify the vendor if a call constitutes an emergency situation. Vendor shall contact the NBC Representative upon arrival at the job site. Emergency work shall be performed during normal working hours whenever possible; however, services shall be performed on a twenty-four (24)-hour, seven (7) day a week basis if deemed necessary by the NBC Representative. E) Non-Emergency Call-Out: Vendor shall verbally respond to requests for non-emergency service to any generating unit within four (4) hours and be on site to perform repairs within forty-eight (48) hours after being contacted. Vendor shall contact the NBC Representative upon arrival at the work location.
