2.4.1 The Contractor shall factor into their price, all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, testing, administrative fees, overhead, profit, travel time, fuel, transportation costs, reporting, record keeping, delivery, storage, burden, credit card processing fees, insurance and all similar incidental costs to complete the work as described in this specification and any other service necessary to ensure the satisfactory performance and efficient operation of the HVAC systems and other related work. Travel time will not be reimbursed separately. 2.4.1.1 Work at the MDTA facilities may be categorized as routine inspection/preventative maintenance treatment or on-call work on an as needed basis. Compensation for these service types shall be in accordance with Sections 2.6 – Replacement Parts, 2.11 – Service Calls for Repairs, 2.12 – Corrective Repair Proposals, 2.13 – Preventative Maintenance Services and 2.14 – Water Treatment Services, and the labor rates established on the Contractor’s Bid Worksheet(s) (Attachment B – Bid Worksheet). 2.4.2 The Contract includes unlimited twenty-four (24) hour emergency service. 2.4.3 The services mentioned are to be rendered entirely by trained personnel trained in HVAC, ATC and Water Treatment services and repairs. Details for licensing, certification, etc. required by this Contract are included in Section 1 – Bidder Minimum Qualifications. 2.4.4 The MDTA expects all existing HVAC & ATC systems, hardware, software, and all components thereto, to be in good, efficient operating condition always, and be maintained as such for the entire term of this Contract. 2.4.5 The Contractor shall not take advantage of any unintentional error or omission and shall deliver all services, materials, labor, and supervision, as identified in these Contract specifications.
