2.2 SCOPE OF SERVICES The scope of services to perform and complete under contract include, but are not limited to, the following: A. Tier 2 - Compliance Path 1 documentation o Emergency Management Plan (EMP) Document in accordance with Clean Building Act (CBA) Requirements o Emergency Management Plan (EMP) Tracking Tool in accordance with Clean Building Act (CBA) Requirements o Operations & Management Document in accordance with Clean Building Act (CBA) Requirements o Operations & Management Tracking Tool in accordance with Clean Building Act (CBA) Requirements o Form A – Clean Building Performance Standards (CBPS) Application o Form B – Energy Use Intensity (EUI) Template o Form C – Energy Star Portfolio Manager (ESPM) o Benchmarking in Energy Star Portfolio Manager (ESPM) o Successfully connect Energy Star Portfolio Manager (ESPM) with the Portal o Ensure all information and data in the Portal is accurate and complete o Submit a successful Clean Buildings Compliance application through the Portal o All additional Department of Commerce / State Agency reporting or data input / tracking required under the Clean Building Act (CBA)
