The County shall establish a contract(s) for the provision of state-of–the-art current model vending machines services which are free of dents, discoloration, scratches and other visible defects; maintenance services; products per this scope, in the designated locations throughout the County. The vendor must provide machines free of charge with no lease or monthly charges, these machines will remain vendor property and will be returned back to the vendor upon contract expiration or termination. 3.2.3 Product Requirements - Contractor(s) shall provide at least twenty-five percent (25%) of healthy snack, food and beverage choices. 3.2.3.1 A Snack/Candy Machine - Snacks e.g. chips, pretzels, candy, cookies, etc should be from major brands Snickers, Reese’s, Hershey, Starburst, Frito Lay, M&M’s, Doritos, Lays, Skinny Pop, Nutri-Grain, etc. The County requires at a minimum: Candy, Candy, Gum/Mints Pastries, Cookies, Chips, Crackers...
