The Project includes the following Work: modifications at existing Wellhouses #1 and #2 including replacing process piping, valves, flow meters, chemical feed equipment for sodium hypochlorite and blended phosphate including chemical storage, level sensors, pumps; electrical improvements including new electrical service lighting, pump/motor control equipment, panels, switchgear, standby permanent dual-fueled generator with concrete base and associated LP and natural gas piping and appurtenances; improvements to the Wellhouse #1 building envelope including insulation, engineered wood siding, infilling existing windows, and replacing existing doors; plumbing improvements including on-demand gas water heater, emergency eyewash station, and floor drain, below grade piping with insulation; HVAC improvements including exhaust fan, louver, and unit heater; and process instrumentation and controls and complete radio-network SCADA including panel fabrication, at the Village Shop, Well #1, Well #2, and Water Tower. The anticipated substantial completion date is June 12, 2026, and final completion date is August 15, 2026.
