To support all of the work enumerated above, the contractor will: • Update and maintain an online application process for counties and the Statewide Advisory Council to use to select the candidates of the GYC • Work with each municipal youth bureau across the state to manage the selection process including but not limited to assisting in outreach to youth, completion of the online application, managing online county judging and ranking processes and notifying youth. • Manage all aspects of a virtual statewide orientation for GYC members and regional directors. • Coordinate with the regional directors to set a schedule, assist in agenda planning, develop a template for dialogue facilitation and policy recommendations, provide online assistance, as needed and assist in overall initiative management. • Facilitate all elements of remote, statewide opportunities for GYC members to offer skill building, learn about interest areas, or other topics as requested by the GYC. o Sessions will include professional speakers and time for interactive dialogue/question and answers. The virtual sessions will offer youth led and facilitated breakout sessions. • Manage all aspects of a virtual statewide session for GYC members to present their policy proposals to each other. The purpose of this session will be for GYC members to give each other feedback before presentations are made to the Statewide Youth Advisory Council. • Send GYC policy proposals to the Statewide Youth Advisory Council steering committee and facilitate presentations by the GYC to the Statewide Youth Advisory Council virtually. • Work with regional directors and the GYC to streamline proposals, as needed, to be submitted to the Chamber.
