The work to be done shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct the proposed Downtown Historic Monument Sign Installation as shown on the construction drawings. In general, construction consists of the demolition of existing base, pavement, curb & gutter located between Forrest & Fulwood roads along S.R. 7/US 41 and install new curb and gutter, fill material, irrigation, sod, signage and all associated measures for the complete project. Time allotted for completion of work is 90 consecutive calendar days to substantial completion. Work shall be complete and ready for contract close-out with 120 consecutive calendar days. All work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The work will be awarded in one (1) Contract.
