This bid seeks to procure a hazardous materials response and reporting COTS software solution. The Agency seeks software that will allow the Division of Fire Safety, the 9 Regional Hazardous Materials Response Teams, and Local Emergency Planning Committees (LEPCs) access to chemical inventories as well as hazard analysis and emergency planning capabilities in both offline and online environments assuring functionality during an emergency. The Agency seeks software that will provide emergency planners and responders to hazardous materials incidents: technical reference and research, hazard modeling and safe stand off mapping, Incident Command System (ICS)/National Incident Management System (NIMS) Reporting, and Tier II fixed facility management.
