A. Provide custody and safekeeping for all investments to include: 1. The safekeeping of these securities in a location and manner satisfactory to the Authority, with controls installed and a disaster preparedness plan in place. 2. Opening and maintaining all necessary accounts for providing custody services. 3. Securities transaction clearing, settlement and confirmation available on a same day settlement basis. 4. Exchange of data relating to investment activities on a daily basis, including the identification, collection, and payment of all receipts which become due and payable on assets maturing or remaining in custody. 5. All necessary monitoring, notification and coordination with the Authority staff, dealers and brokers and any other bank providing other than custodial services to the Authority. B. Provide all necessary reporting for cash and non-cash investment transactions affecting assets held by the Authority to include: 1. Verification of trades, including calculations necessary to process delivery and settlement of payment for individual securities purchases and redemptions. 2. Pricing, upon request for all publicly held securities. 3. Provide accounting data and standard hard copy production reports.
