The selected vendor will provide the following products and services: 30 GETAC BC-04 Body Cameras Each camera must meet the specifications for high-quality video recording, including HD or higher resolution (1080p minimum). Cameras should be rugged, waterproof, and capable of performing in diverse weather conditions. Body cameras should feature adequate storage capacity for storing multiple hours of video footage and have a user-friendly interface for officers to operate. Charging Cables Provide 30 charging cables compatible with the GETAC BC-04 Body Cameras. Cables should be durable, long-lasting, and capable of safely charging the body cameras through regular use. Magnetic Clips Provide 45 magnetic clips that are compatible with the GETAC BC-04 Body Cameras. Clips should securely attach the cameras to the officer's uniform, ensuring they stay in place during use. 3 Docking Stations Provide 3 docking stations capable of charging up to 8 body cameras at once. The docking stations should support efficient data transfer for the purpose of uploading recorded footage for secure storage and review. Warranty & Support A minimum of 1-year warranty covering all equipment (body cameras, charging cables, magnetic clips, and docking stations). Ongoing technical support for the duration of the warranty period. Option for extended warranties and support services post-warranty period. Training and Setup Vendor must provide on-site or virtual training for BCSO personnel on the proper use and operation of the body cameras and accessories. Vendor must assist with the installation and setup of docking stations.
