Notice is hereby given that the Tippecanoe School Corporation (the “Owner”), requests any Construction Manager as Constructor (as defined in Indiana Code Section 5‐32‐2‐5, as amended) which is interested in being considered by the Owner as the Construction Manager as Constructor with respect to the TSC Nutrition and Technology project for the Tippecanoe School Corporation located in Lafayette, Indiana. The primary project scope of this work is to renovate the existing TSC Central Office Building to its new function as the TSC Nutrition and Technology Building. After the TSC Nutrition and Technology Building Renovation is complete, the next phase of the project is demolition of the existing TSC Technology Building including site improvements and expansion of the existing parking lot. The total Cost of Work inclusive of the CMc’s Fee for the Construction Manager as Constructor is to be based on four million dollars ($4,000,000) including demolition of the Technology Building and all site work.
