Scope of Work: Roof Sections A, A1 and B: tear off existing roof system down to the metal deck. Repair deck as specified. Install gypsum board followed by a selfadhering vapor retarder. Install one layer of three-inch (3") polyisocyanurate insulation loose laid, one layer of 2 1/2" composite polyisocyanurate insulation mechanically attached, and an adhered reinforced Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) single-ply membrane system and associated finishes per specifications. Approximate roof area of Section A: 11,480 Sq. Ft. Approximate roof area of Section A1: 240 Sq. Ft. Approximate roof area of Section B: 12,956 Sq. Ft. Roof Section B1: Tear off existing roof system down to the metal deck. Repair as specified. Install tapered polyisocyanurate insulation loose laid. Install 1/2" high density polyisocyanurate insulation, mechanically attached and an adhered reinforced pvc single-ply membrane system and associated finishes per specifications. Approximate roof area of Section B1: 216 Sq. Ft.
