1.1 Engineering - Provide full engineering services for the design, fabrication, delivery, assembly, testing, and commissioning for the BESS. Engineers must be registered with the State of Minnesota at the time of this Proposal. 1.2 Installation – Offloading - Supplier to provide offloading, storage, and erection instructions, including critical lift plans for the BESS. 1.3 Project Management - Provide complete project management services through all phases of the project through customer sign-off.
