A. Hardware i. Three (3) tamper detection tools for light, medium and heavy duty diesel vehicles. ii. Three (3) sets of OBD Mini Streamer (dongle) for both SAE J1939 and J1979 standards and the necessary cabling to support both connectors. B. Software i. Tamper detection software with real-time results for the following subsystems: exhaust gas recirculation (EGR), diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC), diesel particulate filter (DPF), selective catalyst reduction (SCR), and vehicle software tunes. ii. Access to HEM Data’s online results for all vehicles inspected in Colorado. iii. To the extent possible, the results should include what component(s) are suspected of being tampered to include vehicle software tunes. iv. Vehicles identified as “potentially” tampered should be flagged as so in the online status result. v. Custom vehicle reports C. Additional Specifications i. Shall provide email and phone product support throughout the duration of the contract with CDPHE. ii. Vehicle OBD results provided to the Colorado contract administrator in a comma separated value (.CSV) format.
