UNH is requesting the following for cleaning services. 2.1.1 Complete Kitchen Cleaning a. Expectation to clean paintable surfaces that visibly show stain and dirt. b. Expectations to pull appliances to clean behind to sweep and disinfect. c. Expectations to detail clean stove top, drip pans, oven and hood vent. d. Expectation to detail clean inside refrigerator/freezer. e. Expectation to detail clean inside dishwasher f. Expectation to clean and disinfect cabinets inside and outside. g. Expectation to clean the two blue recycling bins inside and out, the size is 14 gallons. These are located in the closet next to the refrigerator in Woodside kitchen. In Gables the recycle bins are located in the large closet in the hallway. 2.1.2 Complete Bedrooms Cleaning a. Expectation to clean paintable surfaces that visibly show stain and dirt. b. Expectation to wipe down and disinfect mattress covers. c. Expectation to wipe down and clean furniture. 2.1.3 Cleaning Walls (Arm’s length down unless otherwise needed) Closets and Doors. a. Expectation to clean paintable surfaces that visibly show stain and dirt. b. Expectation to clean and dust cover base and baseboards. c. Expectation to report walls that cannot be cleaned thoroughly due to condition or deterioration. d. Expectation to clean light plates. e. Expectation to wipe down inside closets. f. Expectation to wipe down and clean doors and door handles. g. Expectation to move furniture that are up against walls that need to be cleaned.
