The detailed scope of services to be performed under contract by the Firm include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. General A. The Firm will conduct and complete traffic counts at a minimum of twenty locations simultaneously within any given two-week period and deliver completed post processed reports in electronic format to the City. B. A minimum of 40 turning movement counts is expected within the contract period. C. Traffic counts typically consist of two hour manual turn movement counts (TMC) at medium and high volume signalized intersections as well as low and medium volume unsignalized intersections to be identified by the City. Turning movement time periods to include weekday a.m., midday, and p.m. peak hour periods and collected TuesdayThursday. D. A minimum of 10 daily counts for vehicle volume, speed, and/or classification is expected. E. Any additional work will be on an on-call basis with no guarantee of minimum volume.
