Contractor(s) shall supply all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, permits, vehicles, transportation, testing and security fees for commercial and residential painting of including exterior, interior, doors, metal, railing, (fascia, siding T1-11, drywall texture, wood post, post bases, Drywall, Baseboard, Wood Trim board etc.) for City owned housing properties located throughout the city of Phoenix. Contractor is responsible for having the correct license to do the type of services at the time of submittal. All work under this contract shall be carried out in accordance with the technical specifications and the latest issue of the Housing Department specifications applicable to the class of work. Contractor is required to inspect surfaces to be finished only to determine, by reasonable and visible evidence, that the finish will satisfactorily adhere to surfaces will perform as specified. Relevant issues of the scope have been described along with the specifications for the respective works.
