The consultant will be responsible for facilitating the development of the MJHMP through a collaborative process with Coconino County, municipal representatives, stakeholders, and the public. The Scope of work shall contain the following, but not be limited to this list as negotiated with the successful vendor: 1. Project Management and Coordination i. Coordinate project planning and regular status updates with Coconino County’s Emergency Management Department. ii. Establish and lead a multi-jurisdictional planning team to oversee plan development and maintain communication with all participating jurisdictions in accordance with FEMA direction and requirements. iii. Develop a detailed project timeline, including milestones for all phases of plan development. 2. Data Collection and Risk Assessment i. Collect and analyze existing data on natural and human-made hazards relevant to Coconino County. ii. Work with local stakeholders to assess vulnerabilities, potential impacts, and exposure for all identified hazards, incorporating GIS mapping for spatial analysis. iii.
