Deliverable: Meeting minutes Task 2: Committee and Consultant to Meet Regularly; Engage Public/Stakeholders Description: Public and stakeholder engagement through regular meetings with committee members, Village Manager, Building Inspector, and Consultant Deliverable: Meeting minutes Task 3: Prepare Draft Zoning Amendments; Engage Public/Stakeholders Description: Consultant to meet and consult with Building Inspector to draft amendments to zoning laws based on scope/goals of the project and public/stakeholder engagement feedback Deliverable: Draft zoning laws Task 4: Present Draft Zoning Amendments to the Committee; revise documents based on Committee and Public Comments Description: Consultant to present draft laws to the committee Deliverable: Revised draft zoning laws Task 5: Finalize Draft Zoning Amendments and Refer to the Village Board for Review; Village Board to Commence a Coordinated SEQRA Review; Prepare EAF or GEIS Description: Consultant to meet with Village Board of Trustees, Village Manager, and Building Inspector to finalize the draft zoning amendments at a Work Session, assist with the commencement of SEQRA review and EAF/GEIS preparation. Deliverable: Referral letter and Lead Agency Declaration Task 6: Village Board Refers Draft Zoning Amendments and SEQRA documents to the Building Inspector, Land Use Boards and to the County Planning Board for review Description: Consultant will assist in the preparation of all referral letters and any necessary or requested backup documentation.
