This project shall consist of a single-phase remodel and construction contract. The renovation will consist of interior demolition and remodel of +/- 7,000 sf existing office area and new construction of +/- 300 sf of exterior patio. The new construction will include limited site work for underground utilities and stormwater. It will be the responsibility of the awarded contractor to remove and dispose of all construction materials including but not limited to the following: Steel, Concrete, Concrete Block, Sheetrock, Utilities, or other building materials as defined by the drawings and specifications. Should asbestos laden materials be identified, the removal and disposal should follow all governing guidelines. All work for this project will be further defined in the contract documents.
