It is the intent of this document to outline a general description of the Training, the extent of services required, and the relationship of this Project to other work, and the agencies or other parties that will interact with the Vendor. The contents of this document are considered representative of the Project as a whole but are by no means conclusive. Each training topic and session/s will be customized by the Public Works representative working with the Vendor assigned trainer that is providing this training, to include areas of need in public works, but shall. include all topics required by governmental agencies such as OSHA. Written testing will also be administered at the end of each classroom training session and may include a practical examination of the skills learned. The creation of the written examination and the practical examination shall be the completed by the Public Works Representative in collaboration with the Vendor. assigned trainer. The Vendor assigned trainer shall ensure all test questions are covered during the training, but it is desired the same exact language not be used. The written examination may be proctored by the Public Works representative, or the vendor assigned trainer. If practical testing is used for a specific training session/sand intended to be part of the training day the vendor assigned trainer may be utilized to assist with the practical examination, along with Public Works employees. All examinations shall be retained by and corrected by the Public Works representative that is coordinating the training. It is also desired that some type of in class evaluation (such as Turning Point) or other type of in class evaluation be utilized to allow the instructor to gauge class understanding during the training. In class evaluation results shall be provided to the Public Works representative at the conclusion of the training.
