The objective of this project is to provide temporary cooling, including design and construction to be implemented for the summer of 2025, and to facilitate the design and construction of the permanent air conditioning systems integration. The work will be performed at four facilities that have adaptable air distribution equipment but lack overall cooling equipment. The Air Conditioning Feasibility Study, Attachment G, submitted to the State of Vermont by Engineering Services of Vermont in August 2023 investigates various options for each facility including existing systems assessments, all aspects of design and integration as well as schedules of probable costs. The bid proposal shall be reflective of the recommended solution as indicated in the feasibility study.
