8" SANITARY SEWER 0-8' DEEP This is Linear Foot; 8" SANITARY SEWER 8-10' DEEP This is Linear Foot; SANITARY SEWERMANHOLES 0-8' DEEP; SANITARY SEWER MANHOLES ADD. DEPTH (4' DIA) This is Linear Foot. This scope of work includes addressing the removal and replacement of the impacted sanitary sewer line running roughly north to south along the alley way east of the Carrier Mills Apartments. Plans and specifications shall also include the removal of the damaged roadway and impacted subgrade(West Russell Street), the design of a new stabilized roadway subgrade, bituminous/A-3 surface, and re-establishment of drainage ditches and addition of culverts/storm-sewers as necessary to maintain positive drainage and re-establish the approximate pre-subsidence roadway profile along West Russel Street. Materials specified to fill the subsided area and re-establish the roadway profile may include crusher run aggregate, or other suitable combinations of cementitious, aggregate, and bituminous materials. All affected area shall be seeded to pre-existing conditions.
