DCAMM seeks an experienced vendor to provide expedited executive search and recruitment services for a new DC for OFA. The selected vendor will develop and implement a recruitment strategy, including sourcing, recruiting, screening and interviewing candidates to produce a group of candidates for consideration for the DC position. The DCAMM Commissioner will establish a hiring committee to provide guidance and oversight for the selected vendor. The selected vendor will work with the hiring committee to: Conduct an active search to attract highly qualified and diverse candidates. Report regularly to the hiring committee about the progress of the search. Select three to five finalist candidates for hiring committee consideration. Observe strict confidentiality in the conduct of the search.
