In general, the work consists of: replace existing outdated and mal-functional lighting controls system with new hybrid centralized/distributed lighting control system. All existing relay panels and central processor will be disconnected and removed, and new relay panels and room/zone controller will be provided along with new communication cabling and low voltage control wiring. Lighting circuit will be reconfigured as require meeting switching arrangements. New occupancy sensor and low voltage switching will be provided with the new system. Emergency power transfer devices will replace existing switching relays controlling emergency circuits in the classrooms. This project will also replace all existing fluorescent fixtures in the parking garage with new LED sourced vandal resistant light fixtures with integral occupancy sensors and large HID wall sconces with new LED indirect fixtures and new 0-10V control wiring to allow automatic dimming of these fixtures within clerestory area.
