A. Construction Documents, Specifications, and other reports and photos can be downloaded at Dropbox via the link provided in Section 1.8. (Exhibits A-C) a. IFB specifications and drawings provide a general description of the overall project scope of work. The IFB specification and drawings are not bidding documents as additional Canopy and ADA Civil works require further coordination. b. Coordinated Bid Documents (Specifications and Drawings) will be provided to bidders as scheduled. These documents, along with the other administrative documents will form the basis of the technical bid. B. The steel and fabric shade and rain canopy selected by HCC is designed, manufactured, and installed by BirdAir. This is the basis of the project design. The winning contractor will obtain the rain and shade canopies directly from BirdAir. The Coordinated Bid Documents will include engineered shop drawings for these canopies. C. A detailed construction management plan and schedule are required. The plan should include rain mitigation plans, and the schedule must include the time work will be done in the ballrooms and meeting rooms. D. Bid Form Fee Breakdown (Exhibit I) for offerors selected as qualified bidders will be released as an addendum.
