Scheduled inspection maintenance on equipment on a monthly basis, 12 times per year. Furnish labor, parts and material to perform the following maintenance: Scheduled inspection maintenance: Inspection will be performed during the time period of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (equipment shown in Table 1). If work is required outside this time period, an additional labor charge, depending upon time period, will be charged as shown on the Bid Sheet. Furnish labor to check operation, condition and performance of all parts and components. Check and calibrate as required. Temperature and humidity controls, thermostats and gauges. Clean, lubricate, and adjust all components, motors, starters, valves, drives, pans and accessories as required. Check refrigeration levels. Check electrical wiring and electronic components for faulty conditions or malfunctions. Replace belts as required. Replace filters. Main filters six (6) times per year.
