The City of Auburn is looking to acquire an Engineering Consultant Firm to assist with all aspects of providing the city with a comprehensive professional services team to complete the Owasco Lake Subwatershed Comprehensive Stream Corridor Assessment. Services will include but not be limited to technical report writing, planning, hydrogeology, public outreach and attendance at City Council/community meetings, design report development, environmental review, survey, ROW acquisition strategies, land acquisition assistance, grant writing, NYS Department of Health and Department of Environmental Conservation permitting services, roadway design services, traffic engineering, State Historic Preservation Office coordination, and NYSDEC grant coordination services
