Replace the existing Emerson PLC with the newest version of Emerson compatible with existing devices. Modify existing wiring to integrate new PLC as necessary. Program the new PLC to perform the tasks that the unit is replacing performed before it failed. Install 2 new PC’s (1 in engineers office and 1 at fireman station) or a touch screen integrated to new Emerson PLC. Install new software in the PC to integrate to the new PLC and produce a graphical interface, which has similar functionality to the original software. Any electrical modification, or additional parts required shall be supplied by the contractor. Replace any field devices necessary to complete integration. All Windows Software must be upgraded to Windows 11. The new software must integrate the new Emerson PLC Processor through an ethernet connection. The new PLC must be programmed, and graphics created to provide a usable system for the Power Plant Engineers. Reuse the existing I/O if possible, to retrofit.
