The study abroad application and risk management software must provide: 2.1.1. Application tracking with the ability to control application elements visible to students through initial application, post-acceptance, while abroad, and returnee stages; 2.1.2. Ability to run filtered reports and export data and application contents; 2.1.3. Ability to retain, store, and run reports on historical data for up to at least 15 years; 2.1.4. Support and access for 20+ administrative staff, 40+ faculty, and 40+ affiliated partners from other US universities; 2.1.5. Ability to support risk management exercises for study abroad (location tracking, ability to search by location and itinerary); 2.1.6. Document storage and ability to determine which documents can or cannot be viewed by applicants; 2.1.7. Ability to customize which documents or application items can be viewed by external users (students from other US institutions); 2.1.8. Ability to collect digital signatures and essay content; 2.1.9. Ability to build, share, and save queries to search for applications by specified parameters; 2.1.10. Ability to send automated emails from saved queries to applicants and users; 2.1.11. Visibility of changes made to an application for auditing
