Category 1 – Aerial Data Acquisition Typical tasks may include one or combinations of the following: 1. Acquisition of aerial imagery. 2. Acquisition of linear mode aerial lidar. Sample Deliverables Deliverables will be required as part of tasks assigned to Successful Responders/Contractors. The specific deliverables for each work order will be agreed upon for that work order. These deliverables may include, but are not limited to: Imagery 1. Two copies of full frame metric digital stereo imagery in Tiled TIFF format, one copy compressed and one uncompressed. 2. GSD up to 4cm. 3. Corresponding GNSS/IMU data along with QA/QC documents. 4. Imagery index in pdf format. 5. Multispectral imagery such as infrared or Near Infrared (NIR). Lidar 1. Post spacing with a minimum of 30 points per square meter. 2. Lidar point cloud in LAZ format. 3. Registered, calibrated, and adjusted to tntrol. ; Typical tasks may include one or combinations of the following: 1. Collection of survey/design use mobile lidar and 360-degree imagery via Mobile Mapping System (MMS). 2. Collection of asset/GIS use mobile lidar and 360-degree imagery via Mobile Mapping System (MMS). 3. Collection of static lidar and 360-degree imagery via tripod. Deliverables will be required as part of tasks assigned to Successful Responders/Contractors. The specific deliverables for each work order will be agreed upon for that particular work order. These deliverables may include, but are not limited to: 1. Lidar point cloud in LAZ format. 2. Registered, calibrated, and adjusted to the ground control. 3. Digital 360-degree color images georeferenced to the point cloud, delivered in JPEG format, including TopoDOT image files (.iprj, .lst, .cal) in Minnesota County Reference Frame. 4. QA/QC report with narrative containing processes used and results of adjustments. 5. LAS tile index. 6. Trajectory information. ; Typical tasks may include one or combinations of the following: 1. Planimetric feature extraction. 2. Digital Terrain Model (DTM) extraction. 3. Generating Orthorectified Mosaics. The specific deliverables for each work order will be agreed upon for that particular work order. These deliverables may include, but are not limited to: Planimetric Mapping 1. 2D and 3D planimetric mapping files that adhere to State’s CAD specifications in MicroStation OpenRoads Designer (ORD) format. 2. The planimetric mapping must be produced to meet the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ASPRS) Positional Accuracy Standards for Digital Geospatial Data, Edition 2, Version 2 (2024) for a 7.5 cm (0.25 feet) RMSE H Horizontal Positional Accuracy Class.
