Programming The daily program must include helping students complete their homework, a healthy snack, and an educational or co-curricular activity that is well-planned. Daily activities should include choice for students. The educational programs and activities should address health and wellness, fine arts, character and leadership skills, sports, fitness, and academic assistance and enrichment. Curriculum A standardized curriculum must be available for all employees to follow. The curriculum should clearly delineate learning goals for students. Where Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks address the content of a particular field of study, the curriculum should align to the Frameworks. Further, the curriculum should align to that of the Waltham Public schools. Employees should be held accountable by the partnering program to follow the prescribed curriculum.
