The contractor shall perform all civil site work as outlined in the associated plans and specifica*ons. Specific tasks include, but are not limited to, the following: A. Demoli*on 1. Remove all exis*ng site improvements, u*li*es, and structures as detailed in the Exis*ng Condi*ons and Demoli*on Plan. 2. Clear vegeta*on and prepare the site for excava*on. 3. Ensure all removed materials are disposed of or recycled per local and tribal regula*ons. B. Erosion and Sediment Control 1. Install silt fencing, inlet protec*on, and other erosion control measures. 2. Maintain erosion control measures during the construc*on period and modify as necessary to prevent offsite sedimenta*on. C. Site Clearing and Grading 1. Excavate exis*ng soil to achieve appropriate subgrade levels. 2. Import and place structural fill as needed to meet eleva*on requirements. 3. Compact soils to the specifica*ons. D. Stormwater and Drainage Systems 1. Construct the stormwater management system, including installa*on of catch basins, manholes, and storm drain pipes. 2. Ensure the stormwater system connects to the designated discharge points. 3. Verify compliance with deten*on and reten*on requirements. E. U*li*es 1. Install water lines, sewer mains, and stormwater connec*ons. 2. Ensure proper bedding and backfilling for all u*lity trenches. 3. Conduct pressure and leakage tes*ng for all new water and sewer systems before backfilling. F. Pavement, Driveways, and Parking Areas 1. Prepare subgrade and place aggregate base course. 2. Install asphalt paving, curbs, and guHers. 3. Stripe parking spaces and include ADA-compliant markings and signage. G. Site Access and Hardscape 1. Construct access driveways and walkways. 2. Ensure ADA compliance for pathways, ramps, and other access features. H. Landscaping and Site Restora*on 1. Install topsoil, seed, and plan*ng. 2. Stabilize all disturbed areas with hydroseeding or other approved methods as necessary. I. Construc*on Coordina*on 1. AHend pre-construc*on and regular progress mee*ngs. 2. Coordinate u*lity connec*ons with the Coquille Indian Tribe and local u*lity providers. 3. Coordinate locates prior to construc*on. 4. Submit material submiHals, shop drawings, and Requests for Informa*on (RFIs) as required for review and approval. J. Final Inspec*ons and Closeout 1. Contract and facilitate tes*ng, repor*ng, and inspec*ons. 2. Provide as-built drawings reflec*ng any changes made during construc*on. 3. Complete punch-list items to the sa*sfac*on of the project manager and design team.
