2.1.1.Update and expand the resources for training, education, reporting, and support for preventing and addressing work-related discrimination and sexual harassment in the workplace on the State of Vermont website Workplaces For All. Incorporate relevant changes to Vermont statutes that have been made since the website was last updated. 2.1.2.Expand the resources for employers, particularly small employers without dedicated human resources staff, to effectively prevent and address instances of work-related discrimination and sexual harassment in the workplace. Gather, curate, and if appropriate, develop resources that will support employers in fostering healthy workplace cultures, as well as meeting their legal obligations and remedies to work-related discrimination and sexual harassment. 2.1.3.Utilize an approach that is user-friendly, accessible, and assumes positive intent on the part of employers. Emphasize processes that protect and respect both those reporting discrimination and harassment, and those accused. 2.1.4.Work collaboratively with appropriate partners within and outside of State government, including the Vermont Commission on Women, the Vermont Attorney General, and the Vermont Human Rights Commission. Incorporate input from employers and organizations representing employers, with a particular emphasis on small employers, and including government and nonprofit employers. Actively engage the participation and voices of people with a broad and diverse range of lived experiences, including but not limited to victims and survivors, people of color, people with disabilities, people living in poverty, LGBTQ people, New Americans, and youth. 2.1.5.DELIVERABLE: A comprehensive collection of resources meeting the guidelines specified above that is compatible with the existing website Workplaces for All.
