Notice is hereby given that the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to obtain the services of a firm to perform professional consulting services to the Band. We are requesting proposals from qualified individuals and firms for professional services for a proposed low-income housing tax credit development to be located in the District 1 Vineland Community. The Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe will be submitting an application for an award of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits to Minnesota Housing by no later than April 30, 2025. The Project in general is a 30 to 40-unit Apartment Complex and associated site work including Parking, utilities, etc. The project will be sized as to maximize the number of units that can be built using the available funding cap limits set by Minnesota Housing.
