The Town’s Bicycle, Pedestrian and Greenway Master Plan will be used a general guide to select specific projects to be advanced. The level and scope of professional services required for specific projects will vary but will range from initial conceptual planning through final shovel ready construction plans. Professional on-call services may also be needed for projects outside of the master plan. Services may include, but not be limited to the following: • Surveying • Landscape Architecture • Civil Engineering • Structural Engineering • Geotechnical exploration • Hydraulic Engineering/Flood Studies • State and Federal grant projects • Wetland Delineation • Bidding Assistance and Construction Administration • Detailed Cost Estimating • Public Presentations, Community and Council Meetings • Acquisition assistance (preparation of easement docs and surveys)
