CHIA is seeking eDiscovery Services from a vendor capable of providing electronic data collection, filtering, review, and production services. Data either will be provided to the Contractor by CHIA or will need to be collected from multiple servers and one or more external hard drives. These data consist of various formats of electronic files, including .PST files, Microsoft Office documents, .PDF files and others. Appropriate files will require Optical Character Recognition (OCR). All data will need to be culled, filtered, processed and made available to CHIA personnel in a secure manner for review and production purposes. The successful Bidder should be able to provide the requested services within the United States and be able to provide technical support.
