Based on the University's Flexible Workplace Model, this Project will renovate ~12,000 SF of the 3rd floor of the Donhowe Building, consisting of interior finishes. new modular furniture by Owner and minor renovations for huddle/focus rooms. The scope of Work is generally as follows: 1. Disconnect all power whips and data lines from modular base feeds in existing furniture systems and dispose of existing furniture. 2. Abatement by Owner to be verified as needed for scope. 3. Replace carpet and base, patch & paint walls. 4. Connect power whips and data feeds for furniture. Installation of new furniture by dealer. Provide infrastructure for new new wifi access points. 5. Conference & Focus room construction. 6. Large and medium conference room furniture to remain. Carpet and paint in these rooms to match the rest of the floor. 7. Replace existing kitchenette casework.
