The Office of Educational Quality and Accountability (OEQA), under the authority of the Commission for Educational Quality and Accountability (CEQA), issues this RFP to procure a qualified vendor to evaluate Oklahoma's standard setting process for statewide assessments comprehensively. The vendor's responsibilities include analyzing recommendations made by the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC), benchmarking Oklahoma's assessment standards against those of neighboring states and national criteria, and if discovered, delivering actionable recommendations to enhance alignment with national standards and improve transparency.
