The window washing is to take place between May 27th, 2025 and October 10th, 2025. 2.2.1 All work performed shall be scheduled by the Contract Coordinator or the District Facility Manager. All work shall be performed Monday through Friday during normal working hours. Normal working hours are defined as Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 2.2.2 The contractor is to keep work area clean and cannot block exits or hallways during the cleaning process. 2.2.3 All equipment used in this contract shall be in good operating condition, capable of producing professional-looking results. 2.2.4 The contractor, at no additional cost, shall repair damaged furnishings, facilities, or other property of the State. Determination of the need for and extent of any repair work is at the sole discretion of the State of Vermont, Contract Coordinator. 2.2.5 Windows and screens are to be washed inside and out. This is to include the area between the window and screen, the sill. Any storm windows present will need to be removed to get to the main window. 2.2.6 The windows to be cleaned are all the exterior window glass on the building including skylights, storefronts, sidelights, and doors. 2.2.7 Work is to be done in accordance with Vermont Occupational Safety and Health Regulations (VOSHA). 2.2.8 Safety plans identifying the scope of work, building locations, personnel, training, materials, tools, and equipment will be required prior to commencement of work.
