The Environmental Services consulting provided by the House Doctor will include but not be limited to the following: 1. General Administration and Coordination a. The Environmental Services consultant will be responsible for completing a number of environmental science and management activities, including the evaluation, design, monitoring, and managing multiple projects consisting of technically complex studies, environmental assessments, evaluations, testing, monitoring, and oversight in support of the University's infrastructure, departments, and facilities. b. The Environmental Services consultant shall, at all times, work collaboratively with the Design & Construction Management (DCM) Division, and the corresponding project design teams and Contractors, and others as may be applicable, throughout the life of the project. c. The general administration and coordination activities to be performed by the Environmental Services consultant shall include, but are not limited to, the below: i. Provide adequate staff to coordinate and support the project throughout its entire duration. ii. Attend kickoff and periodic project meetings as required.
