1. “Turn-key” system to include removal of two York chillers and installation of two new chillers, piping, electrical, and controls 2. Install two new chillers to meet or exceed existing system 3. Install safety disconnect and shutdown for new chiller if not built into system 4. Chiller to be 3PH/460V, verify voltages before order 5. Provide new chiller with BACnet MSTP connection for integration with existing BAS. 6. Install new chill water piping with connection to existing piping, flush system before reconnecting 7. All trim panels to be included 8. Contractor to provide and install 2” thick foam glass insulation with aluminum cover for new chill water piping 9. Contractor to frame and pour new concrete pad extensions if needed to accommodate new chiller 10. Re-use existing conduit to the existing chiller and re-pull new wire from the breaker to the new chiller following all electrical requirements 11. Contractor to provide and install new breakers for power supply to chillers 12. Install seal tight flex and connectors 13. Label panels and disconnects, test for proper operation 14. Digital controls must be furnished and installed by ESS MetroPower. Digital controls must be integrated into facilities existing cloudhosted DSA server. Contractor to clean area once completed 29. Old chillers will be left for Colquitt County to dispose of but moved by contractor to off-site location within 3 miles of worksite
