The Carmichael Student Center Addition Renovation includes infilling 3,500 square feet of atrium space and renovating approximately 23,500 square feet of the facility. Improvements target the Registered Student Groups suite, E-Sports area, game room, student collaboration spaces, administrative support areas, and targeted building support areas. The renovation will address issues such as limited visibility, inconsistent space usage, and inadequate facilities, creating a dynamic and accessible environment for student activities and services. Designed for flexibility, the project will ensure the Student Center remains a hub for student life and learning, positively impacting enrollment, retention, progression, and graduation rates.
