System dimensions must not exceed 10"x12" as carried, including tablet. The imaging system must operate wirelessly and not require cables for use. The image plate must be powered by a ruggedized battery and operational for approximately six and one-half (6.5) hours without reliance on power cables. The image plate must be flexible, non-glass substrate with a pixel pitch of 99 microns or less and a native 16-bit output The image plate must be a minimum of IP67 rated. The image plate must be low-dose capable of acquiring the x-ray image on a true single pulse. The image plate must be capable of offline image capture and storage of 200 images at minimum. The image plate must have a minimum of two bezel edges at or less than 2.7mm. Image plate is able to capture image in a portrait or landscape configuration. The image plate must be capable of capturing an image either on power cable or battery power. System must be capable of producing high resolution x-ray images in under 4 seconds. System must include a touchscreen computer or tablet for detailed X-ray inspection, running Windows 11 IOT 64 bits with an Intel Core i7 Processor, 256 GB hard drive, and 16 GB RAM. System must allow for data transfer with USB-C. Each system must come with software with features such as zoom, invert image, region-based window-leveling, and a radiologic tuning tool with preset image enhancement algorithm options. The x-ray image database software must be capable of storing and managing images using searchable fields. Images must be capable of being automatically stored in raw format, and exportable to Windows format. The image plate must be drop tested to at least 1 meter. The acquisition software must integrate with X-Ray Tool Kit and capable of capturing images through the XTK application. The image plate must come with a locking quick-release handle which can be attached on two orthogonal sides. The tablets must be able to work interchangeably with any number of configured image plates. The image plate must be capable of charging via USB-C. The image plate must be capable of automatically adjusting the exposure window time based on x-ray pulse time. The image plate must be capable of capturing images using both a continuous and pulsed x-ray source. The image plate must contain an LED screen to display battery status, number of images stored, and connection configurations. The system must come with 24/7 United States based customer support. The system must come with complimentary remote software and firmware updates. The image plate must NOT be manufactured in China, Russia, or Israel. The acquisition software must be capable of wirelessly controlling a 7 pin Golden Engineering x-ray source.
