Mandatory Services • Review Washington County current practices and make recommendations regarding cleaning operations practices. • Services should include: • Analysis of current processes and procedures • Interviews with staff • Evaluation of sample facilities • Review of currently used supplies • Washington County expects that some of this work will require an on site presence over several days. 2.2. Deliverables • A report of the findings including • Recommendations regarding staffing levels, information regarding the industry recommended staffing levels per square footage for the facilities space type (i.e. libraries, jails, office space, and customer service space), recommended training and development plans for custodial staff and supervisors • Recommendations on workflow, quality control processes, and cleaning procedures • Recommendations regarding supply management and recommendations regarding specific products • Recommendations on equipment management, including recommendations regarding equipment replacement schedules • References on industry standard cleaning times and cleaning quality and a rating on how Washington County measures against those standards. • The County may ask for the vendor to follow up after a period of time for a review of how the County is performing against the recommendations made.
