• Operational inspection of all equipment and treatment systems. • Routine mechanical/electrical/instrumentation maintenance & minor repairs. • Maintain a comprehensive system operation and maintenance log. • Data logging of critical operating data including operating pressures, total flow, pH, etc. • Sampling of treated water to conduct water quality monitoring. • Review water quality data, investigate problems and take corrective action as needed. • Participate in periodic system inspections by RIDOH personnel. • On site pH testing of untreated and treated water, adjust chemical feed as needed. • Furnish and mix soda ash and add into system. • Furnish and change the insert filter bag housing every two weeks. • Flushing and cleaning of chemical metering pump and valves with hot water. • Rinse work area floor and walls. • Monthly cleaning of storage tank sight glass. • Alternate water storage tank lead lag sequence. • Monthly inspection and replacement of cartridge filter in Welcome Center.
