The logistics contractor shall supply all vehicles, labor, tools and other equipment, services and supervision required to complete moving office furniture, equipment, supplies, tools, and accessories. This move will need to be done in a systematic phased approach to eliminate disruptions to the Courthouse operations. The goal is to provide little to no interruptions with daily operations. Occupants will box, label, and secure small items; larger items that cannot be packaged will need the selected contractor to protect, move, and unpack. The contractor will be required to move and load all designated/ tagged items from office spaces, floors, grounds, storage spaces, and shelving. All items removed from the Courthouse, Multnomah Lodge, Holman, and Juvenile buildings are to be unloaded in preselected locations of the new Courthouse. Occupants shall unpack any boxes or items they packaged. The Contractor will not be responsible for re-shelving items. Carefully review the attached spreadsheet for expected quantities of boxed and loose items to be moved. All boxes will be labeled with delivery locations and color coding which have varying levels of confidentiality.
