Under this RFP, the City will engage a Vendor to provide necessary furnishings and furniture required to complete the Project. The Project shall be complete, operating and ready for use within the specified time frame and within the Project’s budget as specified in this RFP. The Project will be located at 101 Philadelphia Avenue, Takoma Park, Maryland 20912. Generally, the Vendor’s responsibilities shall include, at a minimum, the following: 1. To confirm the itemized scope of the RFP furnishings. 2. To provide all procurement, personnel, management and supervision, and equipment necessary to fulfill the RFP requirements. 3. To store furnishings until they can be safely delivered to the Project site. 4. To deliver the furnishings to the Project site. 5. To perform any necessary assembly or reconstruction of the delivered items. 6. To arrange the delivered items in accordance with the furniture plan as drawn and directed by RRMM in the Furniture Plan attachment appended to this document.
